Descending the stairs instead leads to the beautiful master-bedroom, which enjoys absolute privacy from the rest of the house. The bed is placed in a dedicated area with a domed ceiling and a window designed ah hoc to be able to admire the sea even while lying down. The other two windows in the room, one next to the reading area and the other accessing the garden, both enjoy lovely views of the greenery and the sea.
Completing the master suite is a walk-in closet lined with charming period upholstery and a windowed bathroom with tub.
From the main floor office there is access via a short internal staircase to the lower level, which houses a charming wine cellar with sand cells perfect for the finest wines, a large cold room, an additional room with laundry area, a windowed bathroom with bathtub and the garage area, with work table and double storage room.
The outdoor space alternates green areas with porticoed and paved areas: there is a wood-burning oven, the barbecue area and a covered area with a large outdoor table to host convivial moments, surrounded by the large lush garden immersed in total privacy, overlooking the sea.

The roof, which fully expresses the architect’s flair and creative genius by transferring to the outside the scenic movements of the ceilings of the main floor, becomes in this villa an enjoyable space, also suitable for dinners and convivial moments overlooking the sea and the coast of the Italian Riviera.

The “Pineta di Arenzano” is a renowned private residential area overlooking the Ligurian coast with collective spaces and services, including a golf course, tennis courts and an equestrian center.
