Arbonne – Near The Village Centre – Quiet Basque Style House With A Garden

Situated in the immediate vicinity of the village of Arbonne, on a plot of approximately 1,500 m² in a completely peaceful setting, this Basque-style house faces the surrounding forest, with a south-facing aspect, just 15 minutes from the centre of Biarritz and 10 minutes from the beaches of Bidart. Green half-timbering and a white façade stand out against a backdrop of lush greenery, creating a scene full of charm and tranquillity.

Inside, the rooms feel spacious: exposed beams, wooden flooring and a beautiful fireplace that warms a light-filled living room opening onto a lovely terrace, perfect for indoor-outdoor living all year round. A large kitchen-diner and a cosy dining room complete this ground floor, designed with family life in mind.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms – one of which has a balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery – and a shower room. The house offers great flexibility, with the potential to create an additional bedroom and a study.

An indoor car park and a veranda, which could be used as a workshop, complete this rare property, where the spirit of a Basque family home meets everyday comfort.
