The Peninsula, set on the East Coast of Antigua, is a secluded, waterfront, gated residential community with private boat dock capacities.

Kamisiky House, designed by renowned Antiguan architect, Andrew Goodenough, is a haven for those who have an affinity for nature, boating, swimming, fishing & snorkelling. Structured to emphasize the breathtaking vistas, mature gardens and tropical breezes of the Peninsula, Kamisiky House is a serene oasis of tranquillity and privacy.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by the expansive and tastefully appointed wrap around al fresco dining terrace surrounding the kitchen and living areas. Hardwood floors and a high vaulted ceiling accentuate the majestic views spilling through the seven sets of double doors that allow balmy tropical breezes to flow freely throughout the main building.

The spacious Pool deck is directly accessible from the wrap around verandah, featuring an infinity pool, pool gazebo, swim up bar and wooden yoga deck. Spectacular views of Belfast Bay. complete with a chain of small uninhabited islands and coral reefs, make the sunsets at Kamisiky house truly picturesque.

There are two bedrooms on the left side of the property. The master suite boasts its own verandah, open air shower and walk in closet while the smaller second bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. On the right side of the property, there are 3 guest suites with their own balconies, allowing visitors to enjoy their privacy while retaining access to all amenities. One of these bedrooms features an open air shower similar to the Master suite, while another features an attached nursery equipped with AC. The sixth bedroom of the property is located beneath the pool gazebo and is accessed via steps leading down from the pool deck.

Kamisiky House boasts over an acre of mature tropical gardens gently sloping down towards the waterline. Additional facilities include shared access to a private dock via your own verdant garden path. The private dock features a secure boat house for storage of water equipment and a powered boat lift. The dock is capable of mooring yachts up to approx. 50ft

Kamisiky House also features large water storage tanks and an automatically activated diesel generator.
