Cap D'antibes | West Side

Cap d’Antibes is one of the most consistently prestigious addresses on the Côte d’Azur, a pine-covered peninsula that has attracted private wealth for well over a century. The western side of the Cap faces the Golfe Juan and benefits from afternoon sun, with quieter roads and a more residential character than the eastern shore. Properties here sit within a landscape of mature umbrella pines, high walls, and discreet private domains that have changed little in their essential character for decades.

The western Cap is a short drive from the Marché Provençal in Antibes old town, one of the best daily markets on the Riviera. Juan-les-Pins, immediately to the north, offers year-round restaurants and a sandy beach. The Eden Roc at the Hôtel du Cap remains the reference point for dining and beach access on the peninsula itself.

Antibes train station connects to Nice in around 25 minutes and to Cannes in under 10 minutes by TER regional rail. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 20 kilometres from Cap d’Antibes, reachable in 25 to 35 minutes by car depending on traffic. The A8 autoroute provides direct access to Monaco, roughly 45 minutes east, and to Aix-en-Provence and Marseille to the west.
