This lovely country house is situated in the countryside between Pollença and Alcúdia with lovely views of the mountain peaks of Alcúdia.
A well-respected construction company built the property in 2004, using excellent quality materials, modern construction techniques and great designs giving the house a very comfortable atmosphere.
The spacious house offers three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms (1 en-suite), a large, fitted kitchen adjacent to the lounge/dining room and a separate laundry room.
The property is equipped with double-glazing, aluminium shutters, central heating, and a fireplace in the lounge area. The own water well supplies house and garden, plus a water de-calcifying system.
The landscaped area around the house is well kept with an automatic irrigation system. There is a pleasant pool area with BBQ. Attention has been paid to details to create a relaxing and very pleasing environment.
Alcúdia occupies the northeastern corner of Mallorca, where a narrow isthmus separates the Bay of Pollença from the Bay of Alcúdia. The medieval walled town at its core, with fortifications dating to the 14th century, gives the municipality a historical weight rare on the island. The surrounding countryside, framed by the Serra de Tramuntana foothills to the west and the flat agricultural plain stretching toward the coast, defines a landscape that remains distinctly rural despite the area’s international profile.
The old town offers daily markets, independent restaurants along Carrer dels Oms, and the covered Mercat Municipal for fresh produce. Playa de Muro and the Alcúdia beach are within a short drive. Port d’Alcúdia provides a working marina with waterfront dining. Pollença, with its Sunday market and established restaurant scene, is approximately 10 kilometres away.
Palma de Mallorca is approximately 55 kilometres from Alcúdia, reachable in under an hour by car via the Ma-13 motorway. Palma Airport handles direct routes to most major European cities, with flight times of two to three hours to London, Paris, and Frankfurt. There is no rail connection to Alcúdia directly, though Palma’s train network connects the capital to Inca and Manacor. A ferry service operates from Port d’Alcúdia to Ciutadella in Menorca.
