Beautiful Villa, With Magnificent Views

Wake up to panorama views of the Mediterranean-sea, the Links golf course (one of the two top eighteen-hole courses within the resort), the beach of Alcaidesa, the rock of Gibraltar, and the shores of Africa in the distance.

The Villa is situated in an elevated position in the exclusive development of La Alcaidesa, in the beautiful Andalusian countryside, with the Pueblos Blancos in the vicinity. It is in the heart of the golf paradise of Sotogrande, with several of Europe’s top courses including Valderama, less than 15 minutes away. It is also close to excellent tennis and paddle facilities at La Reserva and Sotogrande Port, and the wind-surfing paradise of Tarifa.

The 500 m2 villa was completed in July 2020. It is of modern design, well-furnished in an elegant style throughout. Large patio doors lead out to spacious covered terraces of an additional 150m2, designed to take full advantage of the spectacular panorama whilst dining al fresco. Every floor benefits from natural light and large glass doors and windows provide beautiful views from all areas of the house.

Villa Panorama comprises 4 bedrooms, all with A/C of which three with en-suite bathroom, for a total of 8 beds (or 4 double-beds). A private office can, with prior agreement, be converted to a 5th bedroom unit, also with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end electrical appliances and direct access to the outside barbecue area with gas grill. Wi-fi and a separate TV room with a large flat-screen TV cater to multi-media needs.

Step out of the steam room, or the fully equipped gym, to a beautifully landscaped garden with a large swimming pool. The manicured garden and private pool is the perfect place to have fun or relax in with family or friends.

The house also has a private gym and spa for personal use.

Villa Panorama is situated inside the security gated resort of Alcaidesa and has its own security system. Daily cleaning and house services may be provided on request.

The large and clean beach of Alcaidesa, with a couple of beach restaurants, is 3 mins away by car, or a 15 mins walk. The Alcaidesa Golf club is 5 mins away by car. Gibraltar Airport is a 20 min car journey, Marbella 45 minutes away and Malaga airport is 80 minutes away. At the moment they are constructing two five stars hotel and beach clubs. And our links course is voted the best course in Spain.
