The farm is located between the communities of Poasito and Vara Blanca in Alajuela, on Route 120, a fully paved national public road, with over 500 meters of road frontage. The land use designation includes agricultural, commercial, and lodging/hotel purposes, as well as agricultural parcels. This area is known for its tourism appeal and cool climate. The farm has a privileged location, only 25 minutes from Poas Volcano, 45 minutes from Juan Santa Maria International Airport, 1 hour from San José, and just 2 hours from La Fortuna de San Carlos, hot springs, and many adventure tourism spots.

Currently, the farm is dedicated to livestock activities, specifically raising and developing beef cattle. However, it has great potential for dairy production due to the number of buildings suitable for this purpose. The farm has also received significant investment in dairy infrastructure to adapt it for agro-industrial tourism, aiming to attract both national and international tourists for a tour of dairy activities, adventure tourism, and nature tourism.

This area is home to a wide variety of animal species such as the quetzal, deer, coyotes, black guan, green toucanet, hummingbirds, rabbits, among others.
