Menorca, the white island, known for its wonderful turquoise beaches, its white houses, it is also known for its nature , Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO since 1993 and for its tranquillity. And this is where we present you a property that fulfils these characteristics to perfection.

In the midst of nature, we have this estate of about 74 hectares of land, of typical Menorcan construction from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. To get to the estate we take a road that already indicates what we are going to find: nature, peace, harmony, a serene and very welcoming atmosphere.

The main house is divided in two. The ground floor has a very cosy porch where you can enjoy the simply breathtaking views of the sunset that the island gives us every day, while the upper floor has a terrace with simply marvellous views of the surroundings of the finca. This part of the floor consists of three good sized double bedrooms, with adjoining alcoves, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge/dining room, a large Menorcan kitchen, with exposed beams and marés on the ceiling, which gives it quality and that great Menorcan appeal that properties of this style give.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the views of Montetoro, the countryside and the threshing floor are extraordinary. The house has high ceilings, a large living-dining room, a kitchen smaller than the ground floor but with the same Menorcan charm, two bedrooms also with alcoves at different heights, both floors are very bright.

In front of the main building we find the agricultural part of the property. There are two typical cattle sheds of very good dimensions, the threshing floor surrounded by a typical Menorcan forest which gives it a unique charm.

And if we add to all this the fact that the finca has a tourist licence to be able to amortize the investment. It is the perfect formula, the oasis of nature in paradise.
