New promotion of modern apartments, located within a resort in Águilas, on the Costa Cálida. The main town of Águilas lies 15 minutes away by car, where all the daily necessities are available. The area boasts 35 sand beaches and is close to the nature reserves of Cabo Cope and Punta de Calnegre, with many hiking trails available along three major mountain ranges. Thanks to the area’s temperate climate, it the ideal location at any season, where it is possible to enjoy outdoor activities like, golf, water sports and hiking.

The complex consists of apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, in different layouts and model types: ground floor with terrace, mid-floor with terrace or solarium, top floor with large terrace.
