Perched above Agay within a private estate, this elegant character bastide enjoys a due south exposure and remarkable natural light throughout the day. The property commands a truly breathtaking sea view, overlooking the Bay of Agay, the Esterel hills and stretching as far as the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, undeniably one of the most striking panoramas on the entire French Riviera.

The main villa offers generous volumes, including a vast living room of approximately 80 sqm opening widely onto sun-drenched terraces and the surrounding scenery, a spacious kitchen, and five comfortable suites. Saint-Raphaël sits at the western edge of the French Riviera, where the red porphyry massif of the Esterel meets the Mediterranean. The town has been a destination since the Belle Époque, when its sheltered bays and mild winters drew Parisian society south by rail. Today it retains a genuine year-round character, distinct from the more overtly glamorous resorts to the east, with a working port, a historic centre, and a coastline that alternates between sandy beaches and dramatic rocky coves.

The old port area anchors daily life, with the market on Place Victor Hugo running several mornings a week. Restaurants along the quays include La Voile d’Or and Le Sirocco for seafood. The Agay bay, a few kilometres east, offers calm water and direct access to Esterel hiking trails. Cannes is 40 kilometres west, Saint-Tropez roughly 65 kilometres by road.

Saint-Raphaël has its own mainline TGV station, placing Marseille at around 80 minutes and Paris at under five hours by high-speed rail. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 60 kilometres east, reachable in around one hour by car depending on traffic. The A8 motorway connects the town to the broader Riviera corridor, and a coastal rail service runs frequently to Cannes and Nice.
