Villa In Villefranche Sur Mer With Breathtaking Sea View

Perched on the hills of Villefranche-sur-Mer, this remarkable villa was designed in 1967 by renowned French architect André Drouin in the Bauhaus style. Built directly into the rock and oriented southwest, it boasts breathtaking sea views from nearly every room. The villa underwent a high-end renovation in 2019, enhancing its modern elegance while preserving its architectural essence. Recognized as the Best Villa in the Mediterranean by The Times in 2015, it also features one of the top five most beautiful pools. -
With 270 sqm of living space, the upper level features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area with a table for ten, leading to an outdoor dining terrace with barbecue facilities, as well as direct access to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. The middle level includes three elegantly designed bedrooms, each with large windows and en-suite shower rooms. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, both with panoramic sea views and private shower rooms. A glass elevator connects all villa’s levels. -
This property with its breathtaking coastal scenery makes it a dream destination for vacations on the Côte d’Azur.
