Located in the idyllic eastern part of the island, this stunning modern holiday home, designed in the style of a traditional Finca, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the neighboring island of Formentera.

 

As you enter through the main entrance, you are welcomed by a typical Ibizan entrance hall with its high juniper wood ceilings, providing direct access to both the breakfast and pool terraces. Adjacent to the entrance hall is the dining area, creating a seamless flow.

 

A captivating open archway leads you to the living room, equipped with satellite television and providing access to the terrace. Right next to it, you’ll find a spacious, tastefully decorated kitchen featuring a beautiful natural wood bar, perfect for casual conversations. Through the kitchen window, you can admire the breathtaking sunrise, a treat for early birds.

 

On the other side of the entrance hall, via a small hallway, you’ll discover the expansive double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m), also with direct terrace access, as well as another double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m) and a shower-equipped bathroom. Ascending the stairs takes you to the first floor, where you’ll find an equally spacious double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m) offering a mesmerizing sea view, an additional double bedroom (1 x 1.80m x 2m), and a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

 

Accessible via a separate entrance, the staff service room or garden studio is located in the basement. It features its own terrace, bathroom, and satellite television. The small kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, and refrigerator. Plus, there’s a sofa bed available to accommodate a third guest.

 

The pool terrace boasts a magnificent view of the Ibiza landscape and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, ensuring 180° of sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The infinity pool creates an illusion of blending into the horizon. With eight sun loungers and two umbrellas, the pool terrace caters to your relaxation needs.

 

For delightful breakfasts and evening barbecues, the covered terrace provides the perfect setting.

Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden adorned with fragrant oleander, jasmine, and bougainvillea, the villa is completely fenced in for privacy.

San Carlos, home to the renowned hippy pub ”Anitas,” along with a selection of restaurants and boutiques, can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The ”Las Dalias” hippy market is a mere 15-minute walk away, while Santa Eulalia and its shopping opportunities are a quick 10-minute drive.
