The elegant villa is accessed via a secluded courtyard. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a beamed ceiling and fireplace, a spacious dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. A mezzanine bedroom overlooks the living room, which in turn opens onto a terrace ideal for outdoor dining.

Upstairs, four further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first and second floors.

Laure House is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

Bedroom 4: Twin beds (90cm each) with terracotta floor, plasma TV and beamed ceiling. Separate en-suite bathroom (bath + shower attachment). Views over the garden and pool.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5: double bed (140cm) with plasma TV, en-suite shower room and separate WC located under the roof. Views over the garden and pool.
Bedroom 6: Double bedroom with double bed (160cm), Plasma TV and en-suite shower room. Views of the garden and pool.

Private saltwater pool (8mx4m) with alarm and security cover.
