Mr. C, the hospitality brand run by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, traces its lineage to Harry’s Bar in Venice, where their great grandfather Giuseppe Cipriani invented the Bellini in 1948. This West Palm Beach project, a 27 story tower developed by Terra, holds 146 residences beneath a 110 room hotel, and only one penthouse.

Penthouse, PH 03 at Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach sits atop the residential floors with four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms across 4,190 square feet of interior space and an 895 square foot terrace. Architecture is by Arquitectonica, led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, and interiors by Meyer Davis, the New York studio founded by Will Meyer and Gray Davis.

Kitchens throughout the building carry Italian cabinetry, terrazzo countertops and Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, set beneath ten foot ceilings and floor to ceiling glass. Residents also have access to the Bellini Restaurant and Bellini Rooftop, a private members lounge on the twenty sixth floor with its own pool, spa and views over the Intracoastal and the Atlantic beyond.

The eighth floor amenity deck adds a garden level lap pool, a spa with sauna and steam rooms, a fitness center with yoga, pilates and Peloton studios, a library, a billiards room, an outdoor cinema and a bocce court. Owners also receive preferred rates and priority access across the rest of the Mr. C portfolio, from Coconut Grove to Dubai.
