The sensation of tranquility is instant as the panoramas of the Caribbean Ocean lure the eyes to embrace the turquoise waters. Water’s Edge is uniquely connected with outdoor living as all three of the property’s buildings have been constructed to fit amongst the granite rocks. Cream coloured exteriors with white peaked-roofs and orange clay tiles provide soft tones to contrast against the vibrant scenery. Large folding glass doors and picture windows frame the unhindered views while enabling a refreshing breeze to travel throughout the indoor living spaces. Both main bedrooms have direct patio access where a plunge pool is situated, while offering seclusion between the boulders and views looking out to sea. Both bedrooms contain king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms featuring a powder areas for makeup, double sinks, and gorgeous outdoor showers constructed between the boulders. One of the bedrooms is also fitted with a small kitchenette behind double wooden doors and a pass through window, giving the owners a private place for breakfast and other meals if not wanting to use the main kitchen. The eating space is nestled under a covered patio between the bedrooms. The views are spectacular from all areas. This home brings in substantial revenue as a short-term rental.
