We would like to unashamedly claim that Spring Bay in Virgin Gorda is one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. And set amongst the gigantic granite boulders, right in the sand, is Boulder Beach. If your dream is beachfront, it simply doesn’t get any better than this. Boulder Beach sits within over an acre of mature, landscaped, tropical gardens. It offers seven bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. The main house provides kitchen, living and dining along with two guest bedrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite is set in a private Cabana about 10’ from the sand. A second Guest Bedroom suite sits just behind in its own private Cabana. Behind the tennis court two further guest suites are elevated to provide yet more stunning views. and if that’s not enough The home is built of reinforced concrete with natural local stone fascia which has withstood anything and everything that has been thrown at it, including Hurricane Irma, after which a new roof installed - new Ludovici clay tile roofs on decorative wood trusses - appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and furnishings were replaced and updated. Drinking water is supplied by five cisterns under the main house and two cisterns under the back building for 70,000 gallons total. There are additional cisterns for landscaping irrigation water under the tennis court.
