Villa Vista Mare

Villeneuve-Loubet occupies a distinctive position on the Côte d’Azur, sitting between Antibes to the south and Cagnes-sur-Mer to the north, with its elevated residential zones offering direct sightlines across the Mediterranean toward Cap d’Antibes. The commune combines a preserved medieval village core, the Vieux Village perched on a rocky outcrop, with modern residential estates that have made it one of the more discreet addresses on this stretch of coast. Auguste Escoffier, the father of modern French cuisine, was born here, and his birthplace now houses a dedicated culinary museum.

Daily life draws on the markets and restaurants of Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes, both within ten minutes by car. The Marineland area and the commercial centre of Cap 3000 in Saint-Laurent-du-Var cover retail needs. The old village of Villeneuve-Loubet itself has a weekly market and several local restaurants.

Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 12 kilometres away, reachable in around 15 to 20 minutes by car, with direct connections to most European capitals and beyond. The A8 autoroute provides fast access to Monaco in under 40 minutes and to Cannes in around 25 minutes. The nearest SNCF stations are at Cagnes-sur-Mer and Antibes, both served by TGV and regional TER services connecting to Marseille and Paris.
