Villa Con 3 Camere Da Letto E Piscina Panoramica A Bom Sucesso

3-bedroom villa with 205 sqm of gross construction area, offering panoramic 360º views over the golf course and a rooftop swimming pool, located within the Bom Sucesso Resort, in Óbidos, with 24-hour security.

Designed by architects Manuel Graça Dias and Egas José Vieira, the villa has recently been renovated and is sold fully equipped and furnished. The interiors, designed by Matos & Guimarães Arquitetos, combine a contemporary aesthetic with carefully selected materials and bespoke solutions.

The villa is organised around a spacious social area, featuring a bright living room with direct access to the garden. The covered terrace extends the living area and includes a barbecue space. The private area comprises three bedrooms, including a generous master suite. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a double vanity and separate shower and toilet areas.

The rooftop features one of the villa’s most distinctive elements: a terrace finished in Brazilian tropical hardwood, offering 360º views and a heated saltwater swimming pool equipped with an electric cover.

Bom Sucesso Resort is a 160-hectare development designed by 23 internationally renowned architects, including Pritzker Prize winners Eduardo Souto de Moura, Álvaro Siza Vieira and David Chipperfield. The resort is centred around an 18-hole golf course and a future five-star hotel. Facilities include a Golf Academy, gym, Club House restaurant and laundry service. There are also four tennis courts with private lessons, two padel courts, a multi-sports field, children’s playground, event room, yoga and Pilates classes, and a school for children following a homeschooling programme.

The resort is located 10 minutes from Praia do Rei Cortiço and Praia do Bom Sucesso, 15 minutes from the historic town of Óbidos and next to Óbidos Lagoon, and approximately 1 hour from Lisbon and Humberto Delgado International Airport.
