Super Cannes is one of the most established residential enclaves on the Côte d’Azur, occupying the elevated hillside above Golfe-Juan on the commune of Vallauris. Properties here sit above the coastal noise while commanding unobstructed views across the Baie de Cannes toward Cap d’Antibes, Cap Ferrat, and the Lérins Islands. The area is characterised by large private estates set within mature Mediterranean gardens, with the Parc de la Croix des Gardes providing over 20 hectares of protected woodland immediately adjacent.

Golfe-Juan is a five-minute drive down the hill, with its port, fish restaurants along the waterfront, and direct beach access. Antibes and its covered market, the Marché Provençal, are under ten minutes by car. Cannes itself, with its Rue d’Antibes shopping and the Palais des Festivals, is approximately fifteen minutes.

The A8 autoroute is accessible within ten minutes, connecting to Nice and Monaco. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 25 kilometres away, around 30 minutes by car, with direct flights to most major European cities and intercontinental connections. Cannes train station, served by TGV and regional services, places Marseille within 90 minutes and Paris within roughly five hours by rail.
