Golfe Juan Villa Ultra Contemporanea Vista Mare

Vallauris sits on the hills above Golfe-Juan, between Cannes and Antibes, and carries a cultural identity shaped by its centuries-old ceramics tradition and its association with Picasso, who worked here in the late 1940s and left the town a monumental painted chapel now preserved as a national museum. The heights above Golfe-Juan offer south-facing exposure over the Lérins Islands and the Esterel massif, with a residential character that is quieter and more private than the Cannes seafront below.

The beaches of Golfe-Juan are a five-minute drive. Cannes, with its Forville market, rue Meynadier, and the restaurant scene along the Croisette, is under fifteen minutes by car. Antibes and the Marché Provençal are equally close. Juan-les-Pins is directly accessible along the coast road.

Cannes train station connects to Nice in around thirty minutes and to Monaco in under an hour, with direct TGV services to Paris in roughly five and a half hours. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately twenty-five kilometres from Vallauris, reachable in twenty to thirty minutes by car depending on traffic, and serves a wide range of European and international routes year-round.
