Condominio Con Vista Sull'oceano In Vendita St Maarten, Princess Heights, Dawn Beach. Casa Caraibica

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the well-known Princess Heights Luxury Condo Hotel, positioned on the hillside above Dawn Beach.

The layout follows the concept, that works well for both living and renting, where the 2-bedroom units are designed almost like two connected suites. The condo also offers separate terraces, giving a more privacy and flexibility if you want to rent one of the suites. The unit comeas with a storage room.

Inside, the unit is practical and comfortable, with an open living and kitchen area in the center and bedrooms positioned for privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and access to the terrace, which is something people really appreciate because of the incredible ocean and hills views from each of the terraces and St Barth island on the horizon.

Princess Heights itself is a quiet, well-managed residence, known for its peaceful atmosphere rather than resort crowds. It’s slightly elevated, so you get open views and a constant breeze, while still being only a short drive down to the beach, restaurants, and the French side. In Princess Heights instead of one shared outdoor area, you get multiple private spots to sit, relax, do BBQ, and enjoy the breeze and the open views.

There are on-site amenities like a pool and gym, 2 BBQ areas, but the real value here is the combination of location, layout flexibility, good management and the steady rental appeal Princess Heights has built over time.

The unit is well maintained and is being sold fully furnished and equipped.
