Wester Haining is a substantial house which was built to a high standard in 2004 by Headon. The house has accommodation over two floors with interconnected living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor.

The hall with double doors from the vestibule connects to the reception rooms. At the end of the house are a sun room and sitting room, with French doors out to the gardens. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and oak flooring, which is a feature throughout the house. The dining room has double doors through to the drawing room, both of which look over the garden.
