Terra

This 8.77 acre property stretches all the way from Lighthouse Rd. to 385 feet of water frontage on the east shore of Grand Turk’s North Creek, a 320 acre protected lagoon in the central, north half of Grand Turk offering a natural, unspoiled, tropical marina. The property cascades down gentle slopes, already subdivided into eight generous parcels of one-plus acres each. Every single lot gets private water access with boat docking potential, ideal for a multi villa development or Eco Resort/Community. North Creek, lush in mangroves, plays a crucial role in the ecosystem. Rich with marine life nurseries, supporting the living reefs, Grand Turk is also renowned as a world class dive destination. The residences would all enjoy panoramic lake vistas and the mind blowing turquoise hues of the Caribbean ocean surrounding the laid back, barefoot island.
