This beach house is absolutely amazing! Located in a beautiful, tranquil bay in the beach front community of Akumal, sitting right in front of a gorgeous soft white sandy beach and completely remodeled and decorated, this house has it all and is priced just right. The house is truly unique and has façade which is a big double height atrium made out of steel beams and instead of regular glass they used hard matted plastic, making for increible soft natural light when walking in. Inside the atrium an open rising staircase made out of steel, wood and rope connects the groundfloor to the first floor and the rooftop terrace. A wide hallway, with access to a ground floor bedroom and a guest bathroom, draws you towards the back of the house, where the spectacular turquoise colors of the caribbean await you. The main social area of the house is fully open and combines a seating/TV area, a big dining table and a fully open kitchen with oversized island with an amzing backyard with covered terrace, outdoor dining, built-in barbecue, lounge area, plunge pool, palm trees with hammock and big lounging beds, all with an infinity view of the beautiful Caribbean. A few little steps give you straight access from your elevated back yard onto the soft white sand of the beach.
On the first floor of the house there are three more bedrooms, all very spacious and with en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have direct sea view and share a covered terrace. The house also has an mazing private rooftop on the third floor, with a spacious, covered lounge area and an equially spacious open-air area with sunbeds. It has a lot of potential to be made even more incredible by building a bar or a jacuzzi on the rooftop. The views of the bay, the beach and caribbean sea you get from up here are absolutely gorgeous.
