Tour Ancienne

[Charm and authenticity]

One of the most beautiful houses in one of the most beautiful villages in France! A charm so authentic, so typical of the Provence, that it was within these walls that the De’Longhi advertising film was shot in 2023, starring Brad Pitt!

In the heart of the popular village of Tourtour, labelled as one of the ”most beautiful villages in France”, come and discover this beautiful village house with its preserved authentic charm.

In the fragrant shade of wisteria and jasmine, the house opens onto a beautiful living room with open kitchen. Warm and friendly, the living room is furnished and decorated with taste and authenticity around a beautiful Godin wood-burning stove.

Still on the first floor, a large bedroom with fitted closets enjoys a peaceful view over the countryside and a magnificent en-suite bathroom with toilet. The sunken bathtub in the floor gives the room an undeniable charm.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one of which is currently used as an artist’s studio, a large, tastefully appointed shower room, and a dressing room.

The house also features a large cellar of over 50 m2 with separate entrance, comprising three rooms, the first of which has a window. It could be used as an artist’s studio.

Conveniently, a private parking space adjoining the house completes this rare property for sale.

At your convenience, the house can be sold furnished.

Ideal as a primary or secondary residence.
