Runa, Torres Vedras

Set within the rural fabric of Runa, this late 19th-century house has been fully renovated in 2022 and restructured to accommodate two independent living units within a single property. With 448 m² of built area distributed across three levels, including an attic, the house offers a flexible configuration suited to shared ownership, extended family living, or a combination of residence and rental use. The renovation focused on retaining the character of the original 1880s construction.
