La tenuta si estende all’interno del territorio di produzione della doc primitivo di Manduria, in provincia di Brindisi; riunisce in un unico luogo un’antica masseria risalente al XVII secolo, che copre una superficie di circa 1230 mq e restaurata nel rispetto dell’ambiente e dell’architettura originale, insieme a una cantina contemporanea di circa 3.308 metri quadrati, progettata secondo i più attuali principi della bioarchitettura.
L’intervento architettonico sui vecchi edifici ha rispettato la disposizione originaria.
Particolare cura è stata posta nel restauro dei due edifici storicamente significativi della zona: la massiccia torre, che sarà trasformata in una raffinata residenza per gli ospiti della tenuta, e una cappella privata con affreschi risalenti al XVI secolo.
La proprietà gode di 270 ettari di terreno; dall’acquisizione, tutto il terreno è stato oggetto di interventi ecosostenibili con l’impianto di varietà autoctone in grado di estrarre la massima qualità dai due tipi di terreno presenti, uno a scheletro prevalente e l’altro a tessitura limoso-argillosa.
Sono 130 gli ettari coltivati a vigneto, tutti terreni dove sono stati piantati nuovi filari delle migliori varietà autoctone, realizzati a partire dall’anno 2000.
Il Primitivo, vitigno di origini molto antiche, è oggi unanimemente considerato un simbolo della regione e da anni riscuote un notevole successo in Italia e all’estero per la sua tipicità e longevità.
Ai vigneti si affiancano in perfetta geometria 40 ettari di ulivi secolari che affondano le loro radici nella terra rossa.

Particular care has been taken to restore the two historically significant buildings in the area: the massive tower, which will be converted into a fine residence for the estate’s guests, and a private chapel with frescoes dating back to the 16th century.
The property enjoys 270 hectares of land; since the acquisition, all the land has been the subject of eco-sustainable interventions with the planting of native varieties capable of extracting the highest quality from the two types of soil present, one with prevalent skeleton and the other with a loamy-clay texture.
