Tenuta Dell'acquedotto A Tomar Progetto

The project Aqueduct Estate in Tomar is a vast property of 138 acres with an approved Detailed Plan (attached) and which construction consists of a tourist, hotel and residential development and an 18-hole golf course.
Aqueduct Estate is located fairly close to the major national urban centers, coastal and bathing areas and historical and religious places, all with excellent mobility and accessibility conditions. It is also placed in an idyllic setting in a countryside area close to the city of Tomar, which makes the development of Aqueduct Estate have excellent conditions to assert itself in the value chain in association with the emerging tourism market, which is safe, healthy and sustainable.
For illustrative purposes, the main characteristics and functionalities foreseen in the Detailed Plan of the project are summarized:

• Property on the outskirts of Tomar, overlooking the Roman aqueduct, with an allotment project approved and published in the Diário da República

• Project for a multipurpose subdivision for a 4-star hotel unit, 4 residential tourist centers, shopping, sports and leisure area, golf club and 18-hole golf course

• 4-star hotel unit with 120 rooms/240 beds

• 4 residential tourist centers with T2, T3 and T4 apartments and V3, V4 and V5 houses, totaling 226 units of accommodation and 1067 beds

• Golf club and 18-hole golf course

• landscaping: protected green areas and landscaping, cultural park, water courses attached to Ribeira do Choupal and lakes

• Areas:
» Property area: 1,383,681, 17 m²
» Hotel unit: land occupation area - 60,607.94 m² and gross construction area - 12,000 m²
» Tourist villages: land occupation area - 425,659.72 m² and gross construction area - 48,769.98 m²
» Total construction area 64,809.35 m²

Also considering that the senior tourism market is in a clear growth, there may be the possibility of some changes to the project that may favor the areas of wellness, medical & health tourism and senior residence.
