Helios Heights extends across 54,491 sqm of waterfront land on Thirasia, the quieter island positioned opposite Santorini within the caldera. Rising gently from the coastline towards higher volcanic ground, the property faces directly towards the cliffs and villages of Santorini, with uninterrupted views across open water from nearly every point on the site. The landscape remains largely untouched, shaped by volcanic earth, sea wind and centuries of minimal intervention rather than intensive development.
