Built in the 1970s in a sought-after residential neighborhood on the heights of Théoule-sur-Mer, this California-inspired villa by Eugène Lizero sits on a large wooded plot and offers breathtaking views of the entire Bay of Cannes. The entrance, marked by an original wooden pivot door, opens onto a sculptural spiral staircase finished in wood and wrought iron, featuring a light fixture at its core.
