Modern kitchen, bathrooms, climate and wellness functions have been located in the less historically sensitive courtyard wings, allowing the principal rooms to retain their original hierarchy and atmosphere. The attic, formerly a storage level, has been transformed into a discreet private retreat with cinema, steam sauna and auxiliary kitchen, all inserted without disturbing the exposed medieval roof structure.

This is not a “renovated” house. It is a house that has been conserved into relevance.

Every corner has been addressed, every junction resolved, every layer understood before being touched. Materials were chosen for longevity, not fashion; proportions respected, not reinterpreted; comfort introduced without visual noise.
