Set within Strandafjellet, one of Norway’s leading year-round mountain destinations, with direct access to the Sunnmøre Alps and within easy reach of the UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord, this project represents an opportunity to shape a distinctive new hospitality concept at a uniquely influential stage of its development.

The opportunity comprises approximately ten generously proportioned lodge plots, together with a centrally positioned service site, forming the framework for a contemporary mountain village inspired by the Norwegian *klyngetun*—where private living and shared experiences have naturally existed side by side for generations.

Over the past few years, Mivo has secured the site, established the development framework, and invested significant time in defining the market opportunity and the concept’s overall direction. Rather than completing every decision before seeking investment, we have intentionally chosen to invite the right long-term partner into the next phase.

Architecture, brand identity, and the final guest experience have deliberately been left open. We believe the strongest concepts are created through shared vision, complementary expertise, and long-term thinking—not by presenting every answer before the conversation begins.

Whether the right partner is a family office, an experienced hospitality operator, or a strategic investor is ultimately less important than a shared ambition to create something enduring, commercially relevant, and distinctly Norwegian.
