Prestigiosa Villa — Venezia

Prestigious Villa, formerly owned by the Torniello family. The second oldest villa on the Venetian Riviera of the Brenta is for sale. The Villa is located in a strategic position, along the Naviglio del Brenta, equidistant from the cities of Venice and Padua, more precisely in the municipality of Stra. The property, free on 4 sides, is set within a wonderful park of 5000 sqm. It is a historic residence, with great charm, whose surface of about 1000 sqm extends for a central body where we find two large residential units as well as some annexes that include garages, warehouses, and various large spaces that can be suitable for multiple needs. The Villa is very well suited to be used as a private residence, as it is now, or as a location for weddings and events. It retains all its noble charm thanks to the perfect preservation of the frescoes on the noble floor, the ancient fireplaces, a luxurious testimony to the splendor of the Torniello family, from which bishops, prominent figures of the 16th century, imperial vicars, and even Pope Alexander VIII, son of Marco Ottoboni and Vittoria Torniello, came. The furnishings of Villa Torniello, of great value and beauty, are for sale, agreeing with the owner on an additional cost beyond the price of the property.
