18th Century Farmhouse

This charming farmhouse, a true piece of local history since the house was declared of particularly important interest pursuant to Law no. 1089 of 1/6/1939 and therefore subjected to all the protection provisions contained in the law itself. The farmhouse offers an oasis of peace and tranquility, without giving up all modern comforts. Its strategic position, combined with the attention to detail and the presence of a large plot of land, make it a one-of-a-kind property. The entrance welcomes us into a warm and welcoming environment. The living area, characterized by a fireplace and a dining room, is perfect for spending moments of relaxation with family or friends. The eat-in kitchen, large and functional, is the heart of the house. A full bathroom and a closet complete the floor.
