Terreno, Andratx, Maiorca

Andratx sits at the southwestern corner of Mallorca, where the Serra de Tramuntana mountains meet the coast, and carries a distinct character that sets it apart from the island’s more tourist-facing towns. The historic town centre, with its market square, parish church, and traditional Mallorcan architecture, has retained a working local identity while attracting a discerning international residential community. The surrounding municipality encompasses Port d’Andratx and Camp de Mar, giving the area a range of coastal and inland settings within a compact geography.

The town centre is a short drive from the plot, with a weekly market, local restaurants, and everyday services. Port d’Andratx, roughly five minutes by car, offers waterfront dining at restaurants such as Layn and Miramar, a well-regarded marina, and a concentration of galleries and boutiques. Camp de Mar beach is similarly close.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 35 kilometres to the east, reachable in around 30 to 40 minutes by car via the Ma-1 motorway. Palma Son Sant Joan International Airport is roughly the same distance, with a journey time of 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic. The airport operates year-round flights to major European cities and connects to Barcelona and Madrid with multiple daily services.
