With the Serra de Sant Vicente at its feet, and the jagged peaks of Formentor as a dramatic backdrop, this restored farmhouse nestles in about three acres of land, only two kilometres away from charming Cala Sant Vicente - this is a stunning location , perfect for those who appreciate a peaceful country lifestyle.
This finca is a fantastic home, it consists of a main house and 3 individual guest houses. In the main house, French doors lead from the front terrace into the living area which has cosy seating grouped around the fireplace. The dining area is next to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate sitting room with exposed stone walls from where stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with yet another seating space which is air-conditioned. On this level there also is a bedroom with a single bed and a separate shower bathroom. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms, of which one is a single, and 2 shower bathrooms. Stairs lead up to the spacious master bedroom which has a seating area around the fireplace, and a study; glass doors lead into the large bathroom with a pine-beamed sloping ceiling - this section of the house is also air-conditioned.
The main house is flanked by terraces, which offer sun or shade, each has a dining table and chairs, a barbecue area is set slightly apart. The three attractive guest houses enjoy private positions in the lovely garden and are completely independant from one another and the main house. Altogether they have a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms between them.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and enclosed garden area. The pool measures 10m x 6m, it has a depth of 4m and features a diving board. The hard tennis court is at a short distance to the main house, near one of the guest cottages.
Pollensa occupies the northeastern corner of Mallorca, where the Tramuntana mountain range meets the coastal plain. The town itself is one of the most architecturally intact in the Balearics, with a medieval core of stone buildings, a Roman bridge, and the famous Calvari staircase of 365 steps leading to a hilltop chapel. The surrounding countryside, including the valley between Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, is among the most sought-after rural addresses on the island.
The weekly Sunday market in Pollensa’s Plaça Major draws both residents and visitors and serves as the social anchor of the week. The town has a strong restaurant scene, with Clivia and La Font del Gall among the well-regarded options. Cala Sant Vicenç, with its four small coves, is approximately two kilometres from this area. Port de Pollensa, with its waterfront restaurants and sailing club, is around six kilometres away.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 65 kilometres from Pollensa, a drive of around 55 to 65 minutes via the Ma-13 motorway. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections from April through October. There is no rail connection to Pollensa, so a car is essential for daily life. Port de Pollensa offers ferry connections to Barcelona and Valencia during the summer season.
