This top quality country villa is offered for sale in an exclusive location, close the mountains in a peaceful area of Campanet. It is on an expansive plot of around 200.000m2 surrounded by nature, has a spacious built area with rooms distributed across a single storey, and is perfect to be enjoyed as a holiday home or full time residence.
The property is top quality and is cleverly designed around an interior courtyard which maximises light throughout the finca. Inside you will find four large bedrooms located in each corner of the property, with en suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. There is a fifth bedroom with independent exterior access, ideal for guests. All the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the terrace or courtyard areas.
There are three separate living rooms with fireplaces, offering plenty of entertainment space, while beautiful details such as wood beamed ceilings, antique tiles and high ceilings add character.
In addition, there is a fitted kitchen with ancient stone sink and modern appliances, and a basement level which has a home cinema, and a spa with a Jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for the winter months.
Outside, there are extensive landscaped gardens with fields, fruit trees including over 100 olive trees, and a forested area to explore. Various terraces can be found surrounding the property, ideal for alfresco dining, plus there is a saltwater swimming pool and sunbathing area boasting magnificent views.
Campanet is a small inland municipality in the Raiguer region of Mallorca, set at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana and largely untouched by the mass tourism that defines the island’s coastal resorts. The village retains a genuinely rural Mallorcan character, with stone architecture, agricultural land, and a pace of life oriented around the land rather than the sea. It sits within one of the most scenically intact parts of the island, where olive groves, carob trees, and limestone hills define the landscape.
The village centre has a local market, a pharmacy, and several traditional cafes. The market town of Inca, roughly 10 kilometres south, provides supermarkets, banks, and a wider range of services. Pollenca, around 20 kilometres north, offers a well-regarded restaurant scene including Celler La Parra and the weekly Sunday market. The beaches of the Pollenca and Alcudia bays are within 25 to 30 minutes by car.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 45 kilometres from Campanet, reachable in around 40 minutes by car via the Ma-13 motorway. Inca has a train station with regular services to Palma, with a journey time of roughly 35 minutes. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with expanded frequency during summer months. Palma city centre is around 35 to 40 minutes by road.
