It has several buildings offering space for individual use and is high-quality with modern facilities. It’s close to the best bays on the east coast, the Vall D’Or golf course, Portocolom and the beach is just 4km away.
The main house has two storeys and comprises a large entrance hall, and an open-plan, fully equipped designer kitchen that opens into a living-dining room on the ground floor. From here you have access to a covered terrace of approximately 20m², which offers beautiful views. There is also a guest toilet, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The upper floor contains three further double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. There is also a central area currently used as an office, but which could be used as a secondary lounge. In addition, there is a large terrace with fantastic views.
Outside, the property has several terraces, both covered and open, ideal for relaxation. The large saltwater infinity pool is situated between the main house and the pool house, offering space for guests. An old casita can be converted into a guest house or used as a studio or workshop. A smaller casita is also available for garden tools.
Cala Murada is a small, low-density residential enclave on the southeast coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Manacor. It occupies a quiet headland position between Cala Domingos and Cala Antena, with direct access to a sheltered sandy cove. The area is characterised by detached villas and country properties set on generous plots, with minimal commercial development, which has preserved its understated, private character relative to busier coastal resorts further north.
The nearest town with full services is Felanitx, approximately 15 kilometres inland. Portocolom, a well-regarded fishing port with waterfront restaurants including Ca’n Nofre, is around 10 kilometres away. The Vall d’Or golf course is within a short drive. Porto Cristo and its marina are accessible in under 20 minutes by car.
Palma de Mallorca is approximately 65 kilometres from Cala Murada, reachable in around 55 minutes by car via the Ma-15 motorway. Palma Airport, the main international gateway for the Balearic Islands, handles direct routes to most major European cities and is roughly the same distance, making it practical for owners who divide their time between Mallorca and the continent. There is no rail connection to this part of the island; a car is essential for daily use.
