Villa Sotogrande

Sotogrande is one of the most established private residential enclaves on the Iberian Peninsula, occupying a stretch of coastline in the municipality of San Roque, Cádiz. Developed from the 1960s onward, it has maintained a consistent identity built around low-density planning, mature cork oak woodland, and a strict architectural character. Málaga Airport, with its broader international network, is roughly 100 kilometres north, accessible in under an hour by motorway. Algeciras, the main ferry hub for connections to Morocco and Ceuta, is 15 kilometres from Sotogrande.
