Sotogrande Alto is the elevated residential sector of Sotogrande, one of the most established private residential estates in Europe. Developed from the 1960s onward across the municipality of San Roque in southern Cádiz province, it occupies a hillside position above the coast with direct views toward Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastline. The area is defined by large private plots, mature cork oak and pine, and a consistent architectural standard that has been maintained across decades of careful development.

La Reserva Club provides residents with a golf course, beach club at La Reserva de Tagomago, padel courts, and a concierge operation. The marina at Sotogrande port, with its restaurants and yacht berths, is a short drive. Puerto Banús and Marbella are approximately 40 minutes north on the AP-7.

Gibraltar Airport is roughly 20 minutes by car and offers direct connections to London, Manchester, and other UK destinations. Málaga Airport, with its full international network, is approximately 90 minutes along the AP-7. The AP-7 and A-7 coastal motorway provide straightforward access to Marbella, Estepona, and Algeciras. Sotogrande has no rail connection, so a car is essential for daily use.
