The combination of elevation, privacy, and proximity to Palma places it in a category of its own on the island.

The Arabella Golf Son Vida course runs directly through the urbanization, with two further courses nearby. The Castillo Hotel Son Vida provides a restaurant and spa accessible to residents. Palma’s old town, with its cathedral, Passeig del Born dining, and Santa Catalina market, is a ten-minute drive. The nearest beach, Cala Major, is approximately eight kilometres away.

Son Vida sits roughly four kilometres from central Palma, reachable in under ten minutes by car via the Ma-1040.
