Exclusive: La Reserva Menorca - Exclusivity and Sustainability in the North of the Island
Discover La Reserva Menorca, a unique residential development that redefines contemporary architecture and sustainable living on the island. Located in Son Parc, one of the most privileged enclaves in the north of Menorca, this project integrates 8 private villas of high standing with panoramic views of the sea and the golf course, in a protected natural environment.
Each villa has been designed to offer the perfect combination of exclusivity, comfort and Mediterranean living, with open spaces, natural light and top quality materials. An enclave reserved for those who value luxury, sport and nature at its best, where the horizon merges with the Mediterranean.
Live at the top of Son Parc, where every day is a unique experience.
Es Mercadal sits at the geographic heart of Menorca, a municipality that stretches from the island’s central ridge to its northern coastline. The town itself is a compact, well-preserved example of traditional Menorcan architecture, with whitewashed facades and narrow streets radiating from a central square. To the north, the municipality encompasses Son Parc and its surrounding protected landscape, where low-density development meets pine forest and the island’s characteristic red-clay terrain.
The town of es Mercadal offers a covered market, several well-regarded local restaurants including Ca n’Aguedet, known for its traditional Menorcan cuisine, and direct road access to Son Parc beach, one of the quieter stretches on the north coast. Fornells, the island’s most celebrated fishing village and home to the famous caldereta de llagosta, is approximately ten minutes by car.
Menorca Airport, located near Maó, is approximately 25 kilometres from es Mercadal, a journey of around 25 to 30 minutes by car. The airport operates direct routes to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Frankfurt, with frequency increasing significantly during the summer season. Maó, the island capital, offers ferry connections to Barcelona and Valencia operated by Baleària and Trasmediterránea, with crossings taking between six and nine hours depending on the service.
