Solliès Ville — Villa Contemporanea Con Vista Mare

Solliès-Ville is a hilltop village in the Var department, positioned above the Gapeau valley with views extending toward the coast. The village retains a distinctly Provençal character, with stone architecture, a medieval church, and terraced olive groves that have defined the landscape for centuries. It sits within a protected rural setting that has resisted the suburban sprawl affecting much of the coastal Var, making it one of the more quietly prestigious addresses in the arrière-pays toulonnais.

The village has a weekly market and a handful of local producers known for olive oil. Solliès-Pont, the commercial centre of the Solliès canton and famous for its figs, is a five-minute drive. Toulon, with its full range of restaurants, cultural venues, and the Grand Var shopping centre, is approximately 20 kilometres away.

Toulon-Hyères Airport is roughly 25 kilometres from Solliès-Ville, offering direct connections to Paris and several European cities. Toulon train station, accessible in under 30 minutes by car, provides TGV services to Paris Gare de Lyon in approximately three hours and 20 minutes. The A57 motorway connects the village to the coastal A50, giving straightforward access to Marseille in under an hour and to Nice in approximately 90 minutes.
