• Notary Fees: Notarial fees will be calculated according to the official scale regulated in Annex I of Royal Decree 1426/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notarial scale.

• Registry Fees: Registration in the Property Registry will be charged according to the official scale established in Annex I of Royal Decree 1427/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notarial scale.

• Management Fees (Gestoría): Fees for administrative processing, tax settlement, and registry inscription, according to the rates of the professional involved. The expenses derived from the purchase (Notary, Property Registry, and Gestoría) are estimated to be between 1% and 3% of the sale price, depending on official scales and the chosen professional.
