d) In Subcategories Complementary Protection I and Complementary Protection II, identified in Ordinance Plan V, the following parameters apply:
- Number of floors: 1;
- Maximum height: not exceeding existing or 3.5 meters;
- Expansions up to 50% of the existing construction area, with a maximum of 500 square meters;
- Soil waterproofing index: 0.6% of the total area of the land.
