Projects approved and granted by PRODER 2030 and framed in the planning and recovery of settlements, namely through the following specific measures:

Planting an orchard of strawberry trees, a natural species in the region, which in turn contributes to soil and water conservation, minimizing soil erosion. The strawberry tree is also a fire-resilient species and the fruit has a high economic value in the region. Planting a pine forest, a common species in Portugal. The species planted was stone pine and it prevents soil erosion, obtaining non-woody material, such as pine cone and pine nut with high economic value in the region. The intervention area was 17,197 hectares included in the National Ecological Reserve and forest repopulation had a 6×3 measure, that is, 555 plants per hectare.

This property has 2 dams, 3 boreholes, a traditional house with about 220 m2, being possible to increase it to 780 m2 including an area of 72 m2 for the swimming pool. Close to Ribeira do Enxerim.
