This ultra modern villa is located in Siesta, a quiet village in Santa Eulalia. In just fifteen minutes you are in Marina Botafoc and in twenty-five minutes you are already at Ibiza airport. The beautiful beaches of Cala Olivera, Cala Nova and Cala LLenya are within a few minutes’ drive where you can enjoy white sands and clear blue seas in peace. The nice thing about Santa Eulalia is that it is much less touristy than, for example, Ibiza town. This place is characterized by the long boulevard, again full of plenty of nice bars and eateries. There are also many authentic restaurants and shops on the east side of the island.

In 2020 this ultra-modern villa was realized by a well-known German architect. It has a total of six luxurious bedrooms and seven beautiful bathrooms spread over four floors. One of the rooms could be used as a staff quarters as desired. The bathrooms each have a double sink, bidet, bath and/or spacious shower. The timeless color ’white Corian’ was chosen for all bathroom furniture, inspired by the Wenge design. In addition, this villa facilitates an extensive fitness room with free-standing bath and has 3 extra guest toilets. All rooms have high-quality LED lighting and the entire house is air-conditioned. The property is built on approximately 750 m² on a spacious plot of 1500 m². The various bedrooms and floors are easily accessible via the well-known Thyssen glass elevator with stainless steel frames. The large VIP suite is located on the ground floor. One floor up is the master suite, which offers a magnificent view over the crystal-clear Mediterranean sea. The three guest rooms are also located on the top floor of the residence. All guest rooms have their own bathroom and even kitchen. Only high quality of the well-known brand Grohe’s Allure Collection has been used for the sanitary facilities in this property. To create extra luxury, excellent steam showers have been installed in both the master and VIP bathrooms. Finally, an Ultra HD flat screen has been installed in the suites as well as in the bathrooms. In addition to the wonderfully luxurious bedrooms, there is another real eye-catcher: the enormous, open kitchen. Again, only the best quality built-in equipment has been chosen. There is no need to carry bottles of water anymore, because there is a central osmosis machine throughout the house that provides sublime drinking water. To top it all off, the residence has a home cinema with an 85’’ 4K Ultra HD TV. The smart home system is supplied by Gira and, of course, all functions can be conveniently controlled via iPhone or iPad. The Sonos music distribution system is included as standard and provides a complete cinema experience. The ’Daikin’ air conditioning system keeps the house pleasantly cool all summer, including the garage. For the winter period there is underfloor heating throughout the villa.

When you go outside, the infinity pool of 90 m² immediately catches the eye. This is also a real nice experience during the evening, because the basin is completely lit with water-resistant LED lighting. Beside the pool, there is an excellent gym, bar, fully equipped bathroom and a barbecue where delicious meals can be prepared. Last but not least, there is also the opportunity to create a cinema experience outside. A wall-mounted 4K ultra HD projector lets you enjoy your favorite movies under the stars. Around the pool there are wonderful outdoor furniture from the Missoni brand, where you can enjoy optimally in peace. The residence has several terraces of 600 m² in total with an astonishing 270° view over the port of Santa Eulalia and the deep blue seas that Ibiza has to offer. The showpiece of this property is the beautiful roof terrace with its own jacuzzi and comfortable lounge set which can be covered by means of a high-tec sunblind system that can again be operated with an Iphone or Ipad. There is a large, covered garage where four cars can easily be parked.
