In the heart of the Val d’Orcia in the province of Siena, just a few kilometres from Pienza — a Renaissance village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a global symbol of the Tuscan landscape — Podere Il Gregge is a fully operational sheep farm, accessible via a well-maintained private local road with exclusive access, situated in a location of great scenic and environmental value.
The farm complex comprises four buildings in excellent condition and fully operational: three brick-built sheds totalling approximately 495 square metres, used respectively as a sheep shed, a room for the refrigeration and storage of milk, and a milking parlour — all fitted with a fully compliant electrical system, drainage and a complete plumbing system — and a tunnel-style building of approximately 160 square metres used for tool storage and haymaking.
