There is another living room set as well and if you so desire, could be used as another sleeping area. Walk outside and find the hot tub that was purchased in July of 2024. Sky Harbor is in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so you can get the best of both worlds. This cabin is very easy to get to and great flat parking. It is also self-managed. The Seller has taken great care of this cabin with many updates and upgrades. Some of which include, in 2026 a new Water Heater, replaced deck upstairs and stair treads going down to the hot tub, New Washer, New Couches in the Game Room.
