Villa Con Vista Panoramica Sul Mare A Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Sicilia

In Scopello, next to the Zingaro” nature reserve is this contemporary villa with swimming pool and spectacular seaviews over the Bay of Castellammare. The property is close to the beautiful beaches of Northern Sicily.

The villa is still under construction and will be built to the highest standards, using local material for finishes to integrate the property with the surrounding natural landscape.

The planned villa will have a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Small modifications can be requested. There will will be an upstairs terrace and veranda with swimming pool at ground level. It is sold with it’s plot of land of circa 3000m2 in total.

With planning permissions and swimming pools starting to be phased out by the local council, this is a fantastic villa which should prove to be a sound investment.
